The FI1101 fully automatic E. coli rapid analyzer produced by Forsee Instrument Company in Canada can quickly and accurately measure the concentration of Escherichia coli in water samples. It can be used for rapid analysis and online monitoring of E. coli in water environment automatic monitoring stations, waterworks, secondary water supply, pipeline water, beverage processing plants, food processing plants, biological laboratories, as well as environmental and health regulatory agencies at all levels.

This analyzer utilizes advanced bacterial concentration technology, immunofluorescence labeling technology, and novel optical microfluidic chip analysis technology to achieve the ability to quickly measure the concentration of Escherichia coli in water samples.

Instrument characteristics

The independently developed new optical microfluidic chip accurately counts the number of bacteria in water samples, ensuring accurate measurement of bacterial concentration;

Immunofluorescence labeling technology targets Escherichia coli in water samples, eliminating interference from particulate matter and miscellaneous bacteria, ensuring high specificity;

Optional high recovery bacterial concentration system can be used to quickly concentrate the tested water sample without the need for bacterial cultivation, saving analysis time;
