Moreover, the adjustable range of FFU wind speed is limited to a few levels. The advantages of using a multi-stage switch control method are simple control and low cost. But there are many shortcomings, such as high energy consumption, inability to smoothly adjust speed, lack of feedback signals, and inability to achieve flexible group control.
(2) Continuous speed regulation control: Compared with the multi speed switch control mode, this system has an additional continuous speed regulator for continuous speed regulation control, which allows the FFU fan speed to be continuously adjustable. However, it also sacrifices motor efficiency, making its energy consumption higher than the multi speed switch control mode.
(3) Computer control: Compared with the previous two methods, this system has advanced functions in computer control: not only can it adopt a distributed control method, which can easily achieve centralized monitoring and control of FFUs, but it can also easily achieve single, multiple, and partition control of FFUs. In addition, a reserved communication interface can be set up for the control system to communicate with the upper computer or network, thereby achieving remote communication and management functions.
