Anti vibration hammer is used to eliminate the natural vibration of the circuit and the resonance caused by wind and other factors. Overhead power lines are subject to meteorological conditions such as wind, ice, and low temperatures, causing vibration and dancing of the lines. The vibration frequency is high but the amplitude is small. Wind vibration causes the overhead wire to be repeatedly bent at the suspension point, causing material fatigue and ultimately leading to broken strands and wire accidents. The frequency of dancing is very low, but the amplitude is large, which can easily cause phase to phase flashover, resulting in serious accidents such as line tripping, power outage, or burning of wires. The anti vibration hammer is just a piece of iron rod. Due to its attachment at the suspension point of the transmission tower, it absorbs or reduces vibration energy, changes the oscillation frequency of the transmission line, and prevents vibration or dancing of the transmission line.
