Taking the bag filter as an example: the larger the pressure difference of the bag filter, the greater the resistance. The greater the resistance, the greater the output of the fan and the energy consumption. Prolonged high air output can lead to fan failure. But the key is that the larger the pressure difference, the stronger the filter bag sticking in the dust collector. If the bags are stuck in a small area, it is still stronger. If the bags are stuck in a large area and the induced draft fan is outputting at that high peak, it is easy to deflate the dust collector over time, and it will also seriously affect the load of the boiler. Suggest investigating the reasons for the increase in pressure difference to avoid MFT of the unit. Check if there is a problem with the dust cleaning system of the bag filter and if the bag is stuck.

Differential pressure alarm: The pulse dust removal differential pressure alarm device usually has two pressure ends, divided into a high pressure end (H) and a low pressure end (L). Differential pressure transmitter measures the pressure difference between the high and low pressure ends. So how to determine the differential pressure range? Firstly, the system pressure during normal operation of the tested system should be considered, which can also be referred to as unilateral pressure. Next, it is necessary to determine the value of the pressure difference between the measured end and the reference end, that is, the range of the differential pressure transmitter. If the high-pressure end pressure of the tested device must be higher than the low-pressure end, a single range can be selected, such as 0-10Kpa, 0-10Kpa; If you cannot determine the high voltage end, you can choose+-1KPa or+-10Kpa, so that both ends can be connected freely and testing is more convenient. Example 1: Check if the performance of the filter meets the standards. When the inlet pressure of the filter is 300KPa and the outlet pressure of the filter is less than 280KPa, the filter needs to be replaced. Example 2: Check the consistency of pressure inside two high-pressure tanks. The standard pressure inside the tank is 1 megapascal, and both tanks are inflated simultaneously to ensure that the pressure difference between the two tanks is less than 1 kilopascal. Then we can select the range of the differential pressure transmitter based on the parameters of system pressure of 1 megapascal and differential pressure+-1 kilopascal.
