Check before startup

Before starting up, check whether the various parameters of the equipment are normal, such as temperature range, temperature accuracy, pressure range, etc. At the same time, check for any foreign objects inside the equipment to ensure its normal operation.

Power-on operation

(1) Turn on the power switch and the device will start preheating. The preheating time depends on the power of the equipment and the ambient temperature, generally ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour.

(2) After preheating, place the sample to be tested into the equipment, taking care not to exceed the maximum load capacity of the equipment.

(3) Set appropriate temperature and pressure conditions. When setting the temperature, the selection should be based on the properties of the sample and experimental requirements. When setting the pressure, be careful not to exceed the pressure range of the equipment.

(4) Activate the heating or cooling function. During the heating process, attention should be paid to observing the state of the sample to prevent uneven or excessive heating of the sample. During the refrigeration process, attention should be paid to adjusting the cooling air speed to ensure the temperature stability of the sample.

(5) After the experiment, turn off the power switch and wait for the equipment to cool down to room temperature. Then take out the sample and clean the inside of the equipment for future use.

To ensure the normal operation of the equipment, regular inspections should be conducted. The inspection includes:

(1) Check the temperature accuracy of the equipment to ensure it is within the specified range.

(2) Check the sealing performance of the equipment to prevent leakage.

(3) Check the electrical system of the equipment to ensure the proper functioning of electrical components.

(4) Check the cooling system of the equipment to ensure the normal operation of the cooling fan.

Cleaning and maintenance

To extend the service life of the equipment, regular cleaning and maintenance should be carried out. The cleaning and maintenance contents include:

(1) Clean the interior of the equipment to remove dust and impurities. During the cleaning process, the power switch should be turned off first, and then the inside of the equipment should be wiped with a soft cloth. It is strictly prohibited to rinse the inside of the equipment directly with water to avoid damaging the equipment.

(2) Check the lubrication system of the equipment to ensure sufficient and high-quality lubricating oil. If the lubricating oil turns black or contains impurities, it should be replaced in a timely manner.

(3) Check the fasteners of the equipment to ensure they are securely fastened. If there is any looseness, it should be tightened in a timely manner.

Fault handling

If any abnormal phenomena are found during the operation of the equipment, they should be dealt with in a timely manner. The common faults and their solutions are as follows:

(1) Abnormal temperature display: Check the working status of the temperature sensor and replace it promptly if it is damaged.

(2) Unstable temperature: Check the heating and cooling systems of the equipment, troubleshoot and reset the temperature conditions.

(3) Pressure fluctuation: Check the pressure control system, troubleshoot and reset the pressure conditions.

(4) Excessive equipment noise: Check the fasteners and lubrication system of the equipment, troubleshoot and re tighten and add lubricating oil.
