It uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids, and is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile, food, pharmaceutical, papermaking, as well as environmental protection, municipal management, water conservancy construction, etc.

Product features

Adopting a 16 bit embedded microprocessor, it has fast computing speed, good accuracy, programmable low-frequency rectangular wave magnetization, improved stability of flow measurement, and low power consumption;

Adopting SMD devices and surface mount technology, the circuit reliability is high;

On site, the range can be modified online according to the actual needs of the user, which matches well with the collection terminal;

The measurement results are independent of physical parameters such as fluid pressure, temperature, density, viscosity, etc;

■ Equipped with digital communication signal outputs such as RS485, RS232, Hart, Modbus, Profibus DP (optional);

■ It has self checking, self diagnosis, self diagnosis, and alarm functions;

There are three integrators inside that can display the forward cumulative amount, reverse cumulative amount, and difference cumulative amount respectively. There is also a power-off clock inside that can record 16 power-off times (optional);

Ultra low EMI switching power supply, suitable for a wide range of power supply voltage changes, with good EMI resistance performance.
