4、 Installation and Debugging:
1. Place the device near the spray chamber;
2. Insert the circular plug of the power cord into the power socket on the back of the control box, and connect the other end to the power supply;
3. Fix one end of the grounding rod on the back of the control box, and connect the other end to the grounding wire reliably, and connect it to the workpiece and spray chamber;
4. Connect the compressed air that has been dried and degreased to the air source interface on the back of the control box;
5. Insert the spray gun cable plug into the gun cable socket on the back of the control box;
6. Connect the air pipe on the spray gun to the air pipe interface on the back of the equipment;
7. Connect the cleaning gun to the cleaning gun interface on the back of the device;
8. Connect the gas source and adjust the flow tuning knob on the front of the device appropriately. The flow tuning knob should be turned clockwise to small and counterclockwise to large
9. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch on the control box
