Only one door can be opened at a time, and when one door is opened, the other will automatically lock.

If the sterilizer is turned off or not powered on (such as in the event of a power failure), both doors remain locked.

Once the door of the non clean area is opened, a sterilization procedure must be performed before the door of the clean area is opened. The door lock system can be individually modified according to customer requirements.

The door lock system can be set according to the customer's habits. The door and control panel are made of heat-insulating plastic material, and the outer shell is made of stainless steel material with specially treated stainless steel edges. Both sides of the machine can be operated, and the status of the door will also be displayed on the screen.

The door lock is automatically locked by a ring lock after the lid is closed. The sealing ring made of special heat-resistant material can provide an exceptionally tight seal. The higher the pressure inside the chamber, the better the sealing performance, without the need for additional air compressors or other media.

This very simple and effective program allows residual steam to be automatically discharged from the machine, thereby avoiding affecting the sterilization process. The residual heat can be used in later stages to slightly dry sterilized items. The automatically opening door has an opening angle of approximately 15 degrees to ensure the release of steam while avoiding external contamination of the items inside the machine. Keeping sterilized items inside the machine for cooling and drying is a crucial step in the sterilization process. Once completed, if items need to be removed, the doors can be manually opened.
