OilLab 8580 automatic Noak evaporation loss tester meets the standards of D5800, CEC L-40-A-93, DIN 51581, IP 421, JPI-5S-41-04, NB/SH/T 0059.
1、 Test scope:
Can be used to measure the evaporation loss of lubricating oil, especially engine oil. Program A uses the Noack Noak method evaporator; Program B uses an automatic non Wood alloy Noak evaporator.
2、 Testing principle:
Quantitatively sample 65g, heat to a certain temperature, and maintain for 1 hour. The sample must be placed in a sealed crucible with a lid shaped to maintain a constant vacuum of -2 mbar, which can drive away the sample from the crucible evaporation port. After the analysis test is completed, the sample is cooled and then re weighed. The weight difference is tested and the results are reported as a percentage, showing the evaporation loss of the sample under the Noak method.
Method A: Control the bath temperature at 250 ℃;
Method B: The sample temperature is controlled at 245.2 ℃.
