The C2H4+CO2+O2 atmosphere simulation gas distribution device provides standard gases, pure gases, and mixed gases for experiments. The overall goal of the automatic gas distribution system is to inject standard gases required for various operations into the C2H4 testing device. The gas concentration can be adjusted arbitrarily and accurately controlled, while also meeting the requirements of remote automatic control. The automatic gas distribution control system includes one gas path input, which is C2H4 output. Gas is obtained by precisely controlling the standard gas flow rate in a gas cylinder to obtain mixed gases in different proportions. The system can monitor and record changes in air pressure in the gas supply pipeline, and calculate the system's gas supply volume based on changes in gas flow rate. Insulation, grounding, and treatment shall be carried out according to the requirements. The automatic gas distribution system mainly includes gas valves, gas mixing systems, automatic control systems, and concentration detection systems The automatic gas distribution system requires a total of one gas input. The standard gas input can be adjusted, with a flow setting range of 0L~3L and an adjustment accuracy of 1%.
