Environmental Pollution Monitoring StationIt is a monitoring equipment specifically designed for construction projects in progress. This device has 1 channel of louver box (temperature, humidity, noise, PM2.5, PM10, air pressure, TSP) collection, 1 channel of wind speed collection, 1 channel of wind direction collection, and 1 relay output (default can be connected to on-site secondary relay control fog cannon); This device can upload data to the monitoring software platform via 4G, and the host can also be connected to an external LED screen (54cm * 102cm) to display real-time numerical information.

4.1 Pre installation inspection of equipment

4.5.1 Wiring and Power on
Wiring: Fix the wires of the three sensors in sequence along the bracket pole, and a black male connector will be led out from the bottom of the integrated chassis. Connect 1 female and 3 male wires of 1 to 3, and then connect the three sensors in sequence. There is no distinction between the three wires, as shown in the following figure:
If there is an internal networking module, the 4G antenna should be pulled out from the bottom of the LED through a hole and attached to the outside of the waterproof box to prevent shielding of network transmission. Please refer to the following diagram for specific wiring and outgoing methods:
Power on: Connect the 220V power plug to the on-site mains power and it can be powered on for use.
1) Download the configuration tool, scan the QR code (limited to Android phones), click on the regular download button to install (or contact our staff directly)
2) When the host is turned on, search for wireless network ZSYCCON near the waterproof box as shown in the picture, and connect with password 76543210
3) Click on the downloaded software to log in directly. No account or password required
4) Login and select the header name to be set. After making the changes, click to download the parameters. Check the content that needs to be displayed on the LED screen. If you need to modify the set deviation value, simply enter a number, for example -10 is to subtract 10 from the actual displayed value; Enter the number 10 plus 10 directly. The default value of 0 does not need to be modified.
5) Set the upper and lower limits of the spray, enter the set value in the dust start value, and click on the settings. For example, if the input is 150, when PM2.5 exceeds 150, relay 1 will close and start the fog cannon. Maximum working time of fog cannon: When PM2.5 continues to exceed the limit, the maximum suction time of relay 1. Minimum working time of fog cannon: When PM2.5 continues to exceed the limit, the interval between the re closing of relay 1 after it is disconnected. For example, the minimum working time is set to 2 minutes, and the maximum working time is set to 3 minutes. When PM2.5 exceeds the limit, relay 1 will close. If PM2.5 continues to exceed the limit at this time, relay 1 will open after 3 minutes of closing, and close again after 2 minutes. If PM2.5 returns to normal, relay 1 will immediately open.
