1、 Performance characteristics

3. After directly importing the printing model, it can automatically calculate the amount of printing materials, estimate printing time, and perform defect inspection on the printing model to meet the needs of building printing engineering;

2、 Technical parameters

1. The main body of the robot has a slide rail length of 24 meters, a joint arm length of 8 meters, a height of 4.5 meters, and an effective printing size of 22 meters * 7 meters * 4 meters (length, width, and height);

2. Soft control: MOLI-R intelligent control system for building 3D printing;

3. Electronic control: Ethercat bus, breaking through the 8-axis limit of board control and achieving support for 128 axes;

4. Equipped with a computer with a CPU of i5 or above, 8GB of RAM, 1TB of hard drive, and a 24 inch monitor. The genuine MOLI-R is pre installed on the computer;

5. The print head system has functions such as secondary mixing, video surveillance, and quick disassembly. The print nozzle is configured in various sizes such as 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, and 50mm;

6. Configure automatic spray maintenance system, high-pressure cleaning system, etc;

7. The horizontal printing speed is 0-200mm/s, which can be adjusted in real-time according to the working performance status of the printing material;

8. The machining accuracy is 0.1mm, and quenched alloy steel material is used as the printing body;
