The Spirit series energy-saving fresh air purification unit for base station rooms is a professional equipment specially designed and produced for wireless communication base stations, communication rooms, computer rooms and other working environments. Its main function is to provide natural cooling sources for the working environment and achieve the purpose of regulating the temperature of equipment in the room. This device is particularly suitable for use in conjunction with computer room air conditioning units, which can compensate for the shortcomings of long-term high-power operation and high energy consumption of computer room air conditioning units. It has a significant effect on extending the service life of air conditioning units and reducing energy consumption.
The fresh air unit consists of a supply fan, fresh air valve, air filter, air pressure differential protector, microcomputer controller, etc. The unit has functions such as automatic control, remote monitoring, automatic restoration of power outages, and filter blockage alarm, which can achieve remote monitoring and control; The central controller reserves functional interfaces, which can be optionally equipped with dual machine linkage, electric heating, and other functions as needed.
Overview of Main Functions of Fresh Air Handling Unit
1. Fresh air function
When the ambient temperature reaches the set temperature of the unit, the unit starts the fan operation and uses outdoor fresh air to cool the indoor area.
2. Humidity function
When the environmental humidity exceeds the set humidity value of the computer room (indoor humidity), the fan stops running.
The unit has independent humidification function (i.e. the unit is used independently as a humidifier). At this time, the unit is not affected by the outdoor temperature and humidity, but the fresh air valve needs to be closed.
3. Linkage function between fresh air unit and air conditioning unit
When the unit introduces fresh air cooling and the fresh air temperature cannot meet the indoor temperature requirements, the unit controller connects to the air conditioning unit to put it into operation, and the two units jointly regulate the indoor temperature. When the indoor temperature drops below the lower limit of the temperature setting value, the controller disconnects from the air conditioning unit, the air conditioning unit stops running, and the fresh air purification unit returns to independent operation.
4. Alarm function:
a) Equipped with filter screen (differential pressure switch) blockage alarm function: the fan stops running after the alarm;
b) Temperature and humidity sensor malfunction alarm;
c) Fault alarm of air valve actuator;
d) Fire alarm
5. It has remote monitoring function and 485 interface.
6. It has automatic recovery function for power outages (after power supply is restored).
7. Equipped with heating function (auxiliary electric heater)
(Start the heater when the ambient temperature is below 0 ℃ and the humidifier is working, and stop the heater when the internal temperature is above 2 ℃. When the unit works as an independent humidifier, the heater stops working.)
