Product IntroductionThis product is a filtered and sterilized liquid culture medium, containing essential and non essential amino acids, vitamins, organic and inorganic compounds, hormones, growth factors, trace minerals, and low concentration fetal bovine serum (5%). Its buffering system is bicarbonate, and after equilibration in a 5% CO ₂ incubator, the pH value stabilizes at 7.4, providing an ideal nutritional environment for endothelial cells.
