Electronic liquid densitometerIt is composed of a double tuning fork density sensor, a vibrating tube circuit, a temperature measurement circuit CPU、 It consists of a monitor, a thermostatic bath, an inlet pump, and a control panel. This liquid density meter can be widely used for measuring the density of various liquids, and with different concentration conversion software, it can directly read the concentration value of the corresponding liquid, such as alcohol. Through the processing of the microcontroller software, the volume concentration data can be directly read, making testing more convenient.
II Features:
1. Constant temperature control: As liquid density is greatly affected by temperature, it is necessary to convert the liquid density detected at real-time temperature to the liquid density at standard temperature. This instrument adopts a constant temperature bath control, which seals the sensor, its components, and the sample solution in the constant temperature bath. The temperature of the oscillation tube (sample solution) is detected by a temperature sensor, and the electronic components are controlled by a microcontroller to cool or heat, ensuring that the temperature in the constant temperature bath is stable within a certain temperature range. This not only solves the problems and errors caused by conversion, but also ensures the measurement accuracy, stability, and repeatability of the instrument (the constant temperature value can be customized according to user requirements).
2. Directly display the density value of the liquid at a fixed temperature with temperature display: detect the oscillation frequency of the sensor through a microcontroller, use the mathematical model of the relationship between sensor frequency and liquid density to calculate the density value of the liquid, and then perform floating-point operations to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results without additional errors caused by insufficient operation bits during the operation process. The density value calculated by the microcontroller is displayed digitally and has a temperature display window.
3. Automatic sampling: The use of a microcontroller to control a stepper motor to drive a peristaltic pump for sample suction improves the automation level of the product
4. Acid and alkali resistant pipelines: The pipelines that come into direct contact with liquids are all imported acid and alkali resistant pipelines to ensure that the instrument can measure acid and alkali solutions.
5. Data storage and transmission: Equipped with a built-in storage chip, it can store 80 sets of detection data and can be recalled and deleted. It can be connected to a computer through a 232 interface according to user requirements (customized).
6. Auxiliary function: According to user needs, cooperate with specialized software to read the liquid concentration value corresponding to the temperature through the conversion key.
7. Calibration function: When the instrument is not used for a long time, drift will occur. This instrument can use pure water at 20 ℃ for calibration
