1、 Product Features and Applications

ZCM gas solenoid valve has the characteristics of simple structure, large flow rate, long service life, safety and reliability. It is suitable for the execution structure of temperature automatic control in pipelines using various gases as heating and combustion media, such as urban gas, liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas, etc. It is widely used in gas heat setting in the textile industry, printing and dyeing industry, furnace heating in the glass and light bulb industry, and gas heating self-control systems in other industries.

3、 Structure and principle

This valve is a direct acting low-pressure solenoid valve that opens once. The valve sealing gasket that controls the on/off of the medium is directly connected to the movable iron core through the valve stem.

According to the different switch states during power outage, it can be divided into normally closed solenoid valves and normally open solenoid valves. Normally closed solenoid valves rely on the weight of the armature, sealing spring, and medium pressure to seal the valve port and cut off the flow path of the controlled medium when the power is off and in the normal position.

After the electromagnetic coil is powered on, the solenoid valve overcomes the self weight of the armature and the force of the sealing spring and medium pressure to suck up the movable iron core and the valve port sealing gasket, open the valve port, and the controlled medium can flow.

When the normally open solenoid valve loses power, the electromagnetic suction force is equal to zero. Under the action of the spring, the moving iron core and valve stem are lifted upwards, and the valve opens, allowing the medium to flow. When powered on, the iron core moves downwards due to the suction force, pushing the valve stem, closing the valve, and stopping the medium.

6、 Installation instructions

1. When installing, the solenoid valve coil should be facing upwards and kept in a vertical position. The arrow or mark on the solenoid valve should be aligned with the flow direction of the pipeline, and should not be installed in areas with splashing or leaking water.

2. The working medium of the solenoid valve should be clean and free of particulate impurities. The dirt and filters on the surface of the solenoid valve components should be cleaned regularly.

3. In order to isolate the solenoid valve in a timely manner and ensure the normal operation of the system when it malfunctions, a bypass device (as shown in Figure 1) is installed.

4. In the pipeline system, the diameter of the solenoid valve installed on the branch should be smaller than that of the main pipeline valve (as shown in Figure 2).

5. Before installing the solenoid valve, the pipeline must be cleaned thoroughly. It is recommended to install a filter before the solenoid valve and a drain valve in the steam pipeline.

6. The solenoid valve should not be installed in a low concave part of the pipeline to avoid hindering its operation due to steam condensation, impurities, etc. settling inside the valve.

7. Ordinary solenoid valves cannot be used in explosive hazardous environments.

8. In the case of insufficient rigidity of the pipeline, it is recommended to fix the pipeline in front of the solenoid valve with a bracket to prevent vibration caused by the operation of the solenoid valve.

9. Before installing the solenoid valve, it is important to carefully read the product solenoid valve label, carefully read the instruction manual for the solenoid valve, and determine whether the solenoid valve product meets the usage conditions.

10. Pressure gauges need to be installed on the pipelines before and after the solenoid valve to observe the pipeline pressure.

7、 Usage and maintenance

1. It is recommended that the user unit assign a dedicated person to be responsible for use and maintenance.

2. After the installation of the solenoid valve, it needs to be tested several times with the medium and confirmed to be normal before it can be put into formal use.

3. Regularly clean the dirt inside and outside the valve and the suction surface, and be careful not to damage the sealing surface.

4. When the solenoid valve is not in use for a long time, the manual valve in front of the valve should be closed. When it is restarted, the steam solenoid valve should drain the condensed water and perform several trial operations. It can only be put into use after the switch is normal.

5. When the solenoid valve is removed from the pipeline and not in use, the internal parts should be wiped clean and stored with compressed air.

6. When used for a long time, if the seal between the piston and the valve seat is not good, the sealing surface of the piston can be re ground and now ground with the valve seat.

7. When working, pay attention to the pressure gauges before and after the valve, and ensure that the working pressure does not exceed the rated pressure. The working pressure difference must be within the rated pressure difference range. When the working pressure exceeds the rated pressure or the working pressure difference exceeds the rated pressure difference, the solenoid valve should be stopped and the front and rear manual valves should be closed to prevent the solenoid valve from exploding and leaking.

8、 Ordering Notice

1. Please specify the model, nominal diameter, nominal pressure, working medium, working pressure difference, medium temperature, power supply voltage and power, and medium viscosity when placing an order.

2. The voltage of the solenoid valve during normal operation is 220

+22

V, If it exceeds this range, please indicate the voltage fluctuation when placing an order. Other specifications of power supply voltage can be specially ordered.

3. If the opening time of the valve is more than 12 hours, please choose a normally open solenoid valve. When there are flammable and explosive materials in the surrounding environment, please use explosion-proof solenoid valves. (Explosion proof structure as shown in Figure 3 below)
