working principle

  Electromagnetic driven diaphragm metering pumpThe core components of the pump include an electromagnet, a drive connecting rod, a diaphragm, a pump head, and a one-way valve. Its working principle is as follows:

Electromagnetic drive: When powered on, the electromagnet generates a magnetic field, which attracts the driving rod to drive the diaphragm to move in the direction of the electromagnet. The volume of the pump head chamber increases, the pressure decreases, the suction valve opens, and the liquid is sucked into the pump chamber.

Diaphragm reset: When the power is cut off, the magnetic force of the electromagnet disappears, and the diaphragm moves in the opposite direction under the action of the reset spring or medium pressure. The volume of the pump head chamber decreases, the pressure increases, the discharge valve opens, and the liquid is quantitatively discharged.

Flow regulation: By adjusting the stroke length (diaphragm displacement distance) or stroke frequency (number of reciprocating times per unit time), the flow rate can be precisely controlled. Some models support remote control of 4-20mA analog or pulse signals.
