1、 Overview:

Installation environment requirements

Power requirements
This device uses 380V three-phase four wire (unless otherwise indicated) AC power with stable voltage, not exceeding ± 10% of the rated voltage, and the allowable current of the socket does not exceed 10A.
Hydraulic oil requirements
This equipment uses standard hydraulic oil as the working fluid:
When the room temperature is above 25 ℃, use No. 68 anti-wear hydraulic oil.
When the room temperature is below 25 ℃, use No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil. When the room temperature is too low in winter, please warm up the machine (start the oil pump motor) for 10 minutes before adding load. When frequently used, hydraulic oil needs to be replaced every six months, and whether to clean the oil tank and filter depends on the degree of oil contamination.
This device cannot be replaced with engine oil, gasoline, or other oil products. Hydraulic component failures caused by improper use of oil will not be covered by the warranty.
Regarding Emergency Shutdown
When encountering emergency situations during installation, debugging, and operation, such as solenoid valve failure to release, motor abnormal operation, or specimen reasons, which may damage machine components or injure testing personnel, please immediately turn off the circuit breaker.

Installation and debugging
Preparation of installation tools

Oil circuit connection
After adding hydraulic oil, connect the main engine to the control cabinet using the randomly provided rubber hose, as shown in the figure. Please keep the oil plug at the unscrewed pipe joint properly to avoid loss and inconvenience in moving the machine in the future. The connection must be tight and sealed with a gasket.
Electrical Connection:
Remove the entire set of data cables from the host and connect them to the left interface of the oil source cabinet according to the data cable markings.
When connecting the power cord, please strictly follow the power cord label that comes with it.
Open the packaging of the random computer and install it (this step is only applicable to models with computer configuration); After installing the computer, connect one end of the random communication cable RS-232 to the controller communication serial port and install the other end on the computer host communication serial port. Please do not replace the random computer (with built-in measurement and control software and factory calibration parameters)
Initial operation and test drive:
Connect the power supply to raise the center beam a certain distance (ifLiangWhen descending, the operation should be stopped immediately and the phase sequence of the main power supply should be adjusted. Then, according to the longitudinal requirements in the user manual, the equipment should be operated without load. During the process of the worktable rising (not exceeding the maximum stroke), observe for any abnormal phenomena. If there are, it should be unloaded and stopped for inspectioncheck, troubleshooting; If none, unload to lower the piston to its original position and end the debugging of the equipment.
4Usage
Operation method for steel bar specimens
1.Connect the power and turn on the controller switch.
2.Start the oil pump and select and install different fixtures according to the test content and requirements.
3.Enter the control system and adjust the pre-test parameters according to the test requirements (refer to the "Testing Machine Measurement and Control Software User Manual" for details on the use of the control system).
4.Place the test specimen onto the testing machine mainframe according to the testing specifications.
5.Start the experiment (refer to the "Testing Machine Measurement and Control Software User Manual" for details on the use of control system software).
6.After the experiment, the data will be automatically recorded and printed by the micro printer (WE series); Control System (WE)SWAWSet the printing content within the series and then print the data. The printing setting method is detailed in the "Testing Machine Measurement and Control Software User Manual".
7.Remove the specimen according to the test specifications and restore the equipment to its initial state.
8.Exit the control system software and turn off the controller power (this step is only applicable to WE)SWAWSeries), turn off the main power, wipe and clean the equipment.
Note:1.Select an extensometer with matching specifications according to the experimental requirements to avoid damage to the extensometer due to improper selection.
2.When selecting a fixture, please pay attention to the measurement range and direction of the fixture to avoid damage caused by incorrect use of the fixture.
5、Daily maintenance: maintenance principles
1.Before each startup, check for any oil leakage (specific parts such as oil pipes, various control valves, oil tanks, etc.) and whether the bolts (i.e. the collective name of each screw) are present}Tightening and electrical integrity; Regularly inspect and maintain the integrity of its components.
2.After each experiment, the piston should be lowered to the lowest position and the garbage should be cleaned in a timely manner. The workbench should be treated with rust prevention.
3.After running for a period of time, necessary inspections and maintenance should be carried out on the testing machine: the sliding surface between the card plate and the crossbeam should be cleaned of steel bars, rust, and other residues; Check the tightness of the chain every six months; Lubricating oil should be added regularly to sliding parts, and rust proof oil should be applied to easily rusted parts to maintain cleanliness and prevent rusting.
4.Prevent instruments from being corroded by high temperatures, excessive humidity, dust, corrosive media, water, etc.
5.Hydraulic oil must be replaced after working for 2000 hours annually or cumulatively.
6.Do not install other application software on the computer to prevent the control system software of the testing machine from functioning properly; Computers should be prevented from being infected by viruses.
7.Before starting up, it is necessary to check whether the connection wires and power plugs and sockets between the computer and the host are correct, whether they are loose, and confirm that they are correct before starting up.
8.Never plug or unplug power and signal lines with power on at any time, otherwise it is easy to damage control components.
9.During the experiment, please do not press the buttons on the control cabinet panel, operation box, and test software at will.
10.During the experiment, do not touch the equipment and various connecting wires casually to avoid affecting the accuracy of the data.
11.Regularly check the changes in the fuel tank level.
12.Regularly check whether the connection wires of the controller are in good contact, and if they are loose, they should be tightened in a timely manner.
13.If the equipment is not used for a long time after the experiment, turn off the main power of the equipment, and regularly run the equipment without load several times during the shutdown process to ensure that all performance indicators are normal when the equipment is put back into use.
