The entire equipment consists of two parts: a centrifugal fan and a transmission frame
a、 Fan: The fan mainly includes a snail shell and an impeller. The impeller consists of 12 thin curved blades (backward type), streamlined front plate, flat rear plate, and shaft plate. The impeller has undergone static and dynamic balance verification, and operates smoothly with good aerodynamic performance. It has the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, and low energy consumption. This fan is designed to be left-handed, with a volute outlet wind direction of 90 degrees. If necessary, it can also be made into a right-handed 90 degree structure.
b、 Rack: The rack consists of a gearbox, sprockets, saddles, and handles. See the outline drawing for the structure. The transmission devices are manufactured with high precision to achieve high mechanical efficiency. The common working mode of electric foot pedal dual-purpose fans is electric, and foot pedals can only be used during wartime. But once used, it is a critical situation. To ensure the reliable operation of the fan. So, it is necessary to strengthen maintenance and upkeep, especially for various moving parts. The maintenance work includes the following:
a、 Check for oil leakage in the gearbox and replace the sealing gasket if necessary.
b、 Regularly lubricate the chain, sprocket, and flywheel to prevent rusting.
c、 Check the structure of the bracket for rust, damage, or missing fasteners.
d、 Gearbox maintenance: Open the gearbox cover to check the lubricating oil. If it has deteriorated, pour it out and add new No. 120 engine oil. If the oil level is insufficient, add it to the oil level that is flush with the lower surface of the shaft. Then one person runs slowly and checks for any jamming or impact sounds. If there is no malfunction, then 4 people will run simultaneously for 5 minutes. If there is a malfunction, repair or replace the parts.
e、 If the fan is not used for a long time, remove the belt or loosen the motor base plate to loosen the belt.
