The LC3010 series intelligent electric float liquid level (boundary) transmitter is designed and manufactured by our company using the original FILDVUE DLC3000 series intelligent liquid level controller header from Fisher Scientific in the United States. The remaining parts, including the liquid level gauge body, torque tube, and other measuring mechanisms, are designed and manufactured by our company. Our company has a production history of ten years and has successfully used tens of thousands of units of this product. This level gauge can be used to measure liquid level, boundary or density. The DLC3000 series intelligent liquid level controller, capable of outputting 4-20mA standard DC signals and utilizing the HART communication protocol, can also access critical information for process operations. By using the 375 HART communicator compatible with the DLC3000 series intelligent liquid level controller, information from the process, intelligent liquid level controller, or float measurement chamber can be obtained. The HART communicator can be connected to the on-site junction box of the intelligent liquid level controller. Due to the use of a HART communicator, users can query, configure, calibrate, or test smart level gauges. Using the HART protocol, information from the field can be downloaded to the control system or received as individual loop information (see LC3010 product operation manual and Xingshen instrument selection sample for details).

Structural principle

The LC3010 series products consist of the original DLC3000 intelligent liquid level controller, float measuring chamber, measuring mechanism, float, torque tube, etc. The float is immersed in the liquid inside the measurement chamber and rigidly connected to the torsion tube system. The force borne by the torsion tube system is the net weight of the float minus the buoyancy of the liquid acting on the float. Under this combined force, the torsion tube twists a certain angle. The change in the position, density, or boundary height of the measured liquid causes a change in the position of the float, which is transmitted to the torque tube component, causing it to rotate. The rotational motion of the torque tube is transmitted to the lever of the intelligent liquid level controller, causing the magnet fixed on the lever component to shift and change the magnetic field detected by the Hall effect sensor
Convert to electrical signals. The transmitter uses a microcontroller and related electronic circuits to measure process variables, provides a two-wire 4-20mA current signal output, drives an LCD display, and provides HART communication capability. The microcontroller inside the transmitter not only has environmental temperature compensation and linearization processing functions, but also compensates for changes in liquid density caused by process temperature changes.
