electric boiler

An electric boiler is a thermal mechanical device that uses electricity as its energy source, generates heat through resistance or electromagnetic induction, and heats the heat medium water or organic heat carrier (heat transfer oil) to a certain parameter (temperature, pressure) through the heat exchange part of the boiler, and outputs a rated parameter working fluid to the outside.

The main body of the electric boiler is composed of a steel shell, a computer control system, a low-voltage electrical system, electric heating tubes, inlet and outlet pipes, supporting instruments, interlocking devices, etc.

Application: Used in coal to electricity conversion, replacing coal-fired boilers, in industries such as light industry, heavy industry, military industry, agricultural and sideline product processing, tobacco manufacturing, leather production, rubber manufacturing, etc.
