Principle:

According to ASTM D 3574 and JIS, as well as GB/T1033 and GB/T 533 specifications, the shoe materials, foam, and EVA materials mentioned are all absorbent products. The principle of Archimedes buoyancy method is used to quickly read measurement values using vacuum, boiling saturation, and immersion methods.

Function:

Mode 1: Directly read the bulk density, wet density, apparent density, apparent porosity, water absorption, open pore volume, sealed pore volume, and total porosity of foam and EVA materials.

Mode 2: Directly read the bulk density and volume of foam and EVA materials

Mode 3: Choose a dedicated specific gravity bottle to directly read the true density of foam and EVA material powder.

Adopting a large water tank design to reduce the error caused by the buoyancy of the suspension line, the water tank size is 50X100X90mm.
