The main advantages are: ① good mechanical sealing, no water leakage or material leakage; ② the pipeline connection between the grinding bucket and the circulation pump adopts suction and suction filtration method, which changes the traditional pressure filtration method. The advantage of this is to reduce the pressure inside the grinding bucket, effectively protecting the normal operation of the mechanical seal, and eliminating the phenomenon of slurry blockage at the filter port; ③ high grinding efficiency, the slurry enters the grinding bucket and is evenly dispersed throughout the grinding space through the dispersing disc for high-speed collision and grinding. Through multiple cycles of the pump, the material finally meets the user's requirements, and the crushing fineness of this machine can reach below 0.5 microns. ④ Less grinding medium is used and a larger amount is processed. This machine is suitable for various powder processing industries, especially for materials with high fineness requirements or difficult crushing, and has good crushing effect. The matching storage bucket can be customized according to user requirements.
