Safety operating procedures for high-efficiency crushers

1、 Operation method:

1Inspection: Before use, check whether the crusher feet are all on the ground and stable; Is the locking bolt securely fastened; Whether the crusher filter is intact; Are the connecting parts securely fastened. After confirmation, it can only be used if everything is normal. Otherwise, it should be repaired or reported.

2. Start:

(1) Turn on the power supply of the distribution box, the indicator light will turn on, and you can press the button to start the crusher.

(2) Observe the current and operating sound of the crusher. If any abnormalities occur, stop the machine immediately for maintenance.

3. Feed:

(1) Only after confirming the normal operation of the crusher can feeding be carried out. When feeding, pour the material into the hopper first and gently push it into the crusher with a shovel. The material should not be too large or too coarse.

(2) Load the crushed fine materials into the transfer bucket. Once the bucket is full, immediately cover the inside and outside of the plastic bucket to prevent the material from absorbing moisture.

(3) If abnormal sounds are heard during the crushing process, the machine should be stopped immediately for maintenance, and the Confederation should be eliminated before restarting.

4. Cleaning:

(1) Due to the high moisture absorption of the material, after crushing, the material in the crusher hopper and on the machine body should be immediately swept into and out of the bag with a long haired brush, and the feeding part of the crusher should be opened. The inside and top of the crusher should be cleaned with wet hemp cloth or water.

(2) After each cleaning, it should be reinstalled as a backup.

(3) Turn on the heating radiator to ensure that the dryer and pulverizer are dry before the next use.

2、 Maintenance and upkeep of the crusher:

1. The crusher should only start feeding after the motor has started normally.

2. The main bearing of the crusher adopts No.2 white special lubricating grease, which cannot be mixed. When adding lubricating grease, impurities cannot be mixed in.

3. After the first 1000 hours of use, oil should be replenished and injected. Afterwards, oil should be changed and injected every 5000 hours.

4. Maintenance and repair should cut off the main power supply and be carried out by professional personnel.

3、 Safety precautions:

1. When adding materials, the pushing object should not be inserted too deeply. Do not insert your hand directly.

2. During operation, if any abnormal sound or vibration is heard, the vehicle should be stopped immediately for inspection. Do not work while sick.

3. When the crusher has not stopped steadily, it should not be disassembled for cleaning or maintenance.

4. When crushing, operators should wear corresponding labor equipment, especially protective goggles and dust masks.
