Overview

The three-phase AC input is first subjected to lightning protection treatment and EMI filtering. This part of the power can effectively absorb residual lightning voltage and grid spikes, ensuring the safety of the module's downstream circuit. Three phase AC is converted into DC high voltage through rectification and passive PFC, and then converted into high-frequency AC through full bridge PWM circuit. After isolation and voltage reduction by high-frequency transformer, it is rectified and output. The module control part is responsible for generating and controlling PWM signals to ensure stable output, while protecting various parts of the module and providing "four remote" interfaces. The module adopts passive PFC technology, with a power factor of 0.9 or above; Using high-frequency soft switching technology, the conversion efficiency can reach up to 95%. The module adopts natural cooling method, reducing fan noise and dust. The module monitors and collects the working parameters of the power supply, displays them, and uploads them to the main monitor. It receives the main monitor's DC control of the power supply input line, calibrates the module parameters through display and buttons, and sets the module's operating status.
