The high-efficiency sand making machine is the latest generation of high-efficiency composite sand making machine that has been developed and improved based on the introduction and absorption of technology from Germany's BHS company, further absorbing the advantages of vertical impact crushing, and integrating the strengths of hammer and impact crushing machines. Its performance plays an irreplaceable role in various ore crushing equipment. Efficient sand making equipment can be widely used for crushing and shaping metal and non-metal ores, building materials, artificial sand making, and various metallurgical slag. This machine is suitable for brittle materials with a Mohs hardness of less than 9, and is not suitable for viscous materials or stone materials with a high soil content.


Performance characteristics:
1. Unique willow riveting technology increases the strength and toughness of the body, effectively reducing machine resonance.

5. Dual oil pump design, only one oil pump works during normal use. The second pump only works when the pressure and flow rate do not reach the set values, or when the first oil pump fails, the second pump automatically starts to ensure the normal operation of the main engine.
6. The bearing position is kept at a constant temperature. As long as the electrical cabinet is powered, the oil temperature is guaranteed to be above 15 ℃. When the oil temperature is above 50 ℃, the external water supply system (provided by the user) will automatically work until it drops below 50 ℃. If the oil temperature remains above 70 ℃ for 15 consecutive minutes, a shutdown signal will be sent to the host. Automatic circulation of oil pump: After the main engine and oil pump are stopped, if the oil temperature is below 15 ℃, the heater will automatically heat up, and the oil pump will work automatically for 5 minutes to ensure that the temperature in the bearing cylinder is close to the oil temperature in the oil tank and prevent freezing in winter.

working principle:
The material enters the sand making machine from the feeding hopper and is divided into two parts by the distributor. One part enters the high-speed rotating impeller in the middle of the distributor and is rapidly accelerated inside the impeller, with an acceleration of hundreds of times that of gravity. Then, it is ejected from the three evenly distributed flow channels of the impeller at a speed of 60-70 meters per second. Firstly, it is crushed by the impact of a part of the material collected from around the distributor, and then it hits the material lining in the vortex support chamber together. The material lining rebounds and obliquely hits the top of the vortex chamber, changing its direction of motion and deflects downwards. The material emitted from the impeller flow channel forms a continuous material curtain. Such a piece of material is subject to two or more probability impacts, friction, and grinding crushing effects in the vortex crushing chamber. The crushed material is discharged from the lower discharge outlet. During the entire crushing process, the materials collide and crush on their own without direct contact with the metal components. Instead, they collide and rub against the material lining, resulting in crushing. This reduces angular pollution and prolongs mechanical wear time. The clever self circulation of airflow inside the vortex chamber eliminates dust pollution.
