The high-efficiency energy-saving intelligent ash volatilization analyzer can automatically complete the determination of slow ash, fast ash, bonding index, volatile matter, etc. It is also suitable for industries and scientific research departments such as coal, coking, power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, etc. to perform a series of heating, burning or drying treatments on the tested items, such as fixed-point constant temperature and timed heating.

The high-efficiency energy-saving intelligent ash volatilization analyzer is a functional and easy-to-use ash volatilization analyzer. The following is a detailed introduction to its usage and precautions:

1、 Usage method

1. Startup and preheating

Turn on the power of the ash volatilization analyzer and wait for the instrument to preheat to a stable state.

During the preheating process, it is possible to check whether the various components of the instrument are intact and whether the connections are secure.

2. Prepare coal samples

Prepare coal samples according to standard methods to ensure that their particle size meets the requirements (such as 0.2mm or less).

Accurately weigh a certain amount of air dried coal sample using an analytical balance, with a particle size of less than 0.2mm, and accurately weigh the mass according to experimental requirements. The slow ash test is usually 1 ± 0.1g, and the rapid ash method is 0.5 ± 0.01g. Spread the coal sample evenly in an ash dish.

3. Operation steps (taking slow grey experiment as an example)

Open the main interface of the ash swing analyzer, select the slow ash experiment, and enter the slow ash experiment interface.

When the furnace temperature is below 100 ℃, open the furnace door and send the ash tray containing coal samples (with an analyzed coal sample weight of 1 ± 0.1g) into the constant temperature zone inside the furnace.

Open the chimney, close the furnace door and install the ash holder (leaving a 15mm gap in the furnace door), and click the start button.

The process displays "1" and the temperature inside the furnace begins to slowly rise. When the temperature reaches 499 ℃, it automatically enters process 2 and remains constant at 500 ℃ for 30 minutes.

After the time is up, it will automatically enter process 3, and the furnace temperature will continue to rise from 500 ℃ to 815 ℃.

Once the temperature reaches, it will automatically enter process 4 and maintain a constant temperature of 815 ℃ for 1 hour. After the time is met, the slow gray experiment ends and the buzzer intelligently reminds.

Click the end button to end this experiment. Open the furnace door and smoothly remove the sample.

2、 Precautions

1. Safe operation:

Before the experiment, ensure that the ash volatilization tester is reliably grounded to prevent accidental electric shock caused by leakage.

During the experiment, avoid inserting fingers or other objects into the instrument to prevent burns from the high-temperature heater.

Do not touch or scratch the LCD touch screen with sharp objects to prevent damage to the screen.

2. Sample preparation

The coal sample should be dried to an air dry state and avoid contamination.

The particle size of the coal sample should meet the experimental requirements, usually less than 0.2mm.

3. Instrument maintenance:

After using the instrument, it should be cleaned thoroughly and all components should be returned to their original positions.

When the instrument is not used or transported for a long time, a dust cover should be placed at the entrance of the network cable, and the instrument should be packaged intact and stored in a safe location.
