Overview

HPG1900 GB50411 Building Energy saving Lamp Efficiency Tester is applicable to GB50411-2019 "Quality Acceptance Standard for Building Energy saving Engineering", which tests the efficiency of lighting fixtures, the power of lighting equipment, and the spatial photometric color distribution (i.e. distribution curve); The test results can be exported in various formats such as IESNA (952002) file format (*. ies), CIE file format (*. ci), European Eulumdat (*. ldt) file format, etc., which meet the requirements of domestic and foreign standards and can be directly used as data input for general lighting design software.

GB50411Efficiency tester for building energy-saving lighting fixturesMain technical indicators

  • Turntable parameters:

1. The main shaft and lamp shaft adopt conductive slip rings with precious metal fiber optic point brush structure, which can operate continuously without backlash in 360 degrees for measurement without the need to rotate back and forth to prevent winding, and without winding;

2. Adopting a three-phase hybrid stepper motor with high speed, high torque, low noise, and low vibration;

3. Vertical axis rotation range: -180 ° to 180 ° or 0 ° to 360 ° rotation;

4. Horizontal axis rotation range: -180 ° to 180 ° or 0 ° to 360 ° rotation;

5. Angle accuracy: 0.1 degrees, resolution: 0.01 degrees;

6. Equipped with a laser sight to align the center of the tested lamp with the rotation center of the rotating table;

7. Lamp size: 1.2 × 0.6 meters;

8. Lamp weight: 30kg (including fixtures);

9. The power supply measurement of the lighting fixtures adopts a 4-wire system: 2-channel 10A conductive slip ring is used for power supply, and 2-channel 2A is used for voltage measurement;

10. Length of turntable control line and lamp power supply line: 6 meters, can be extended if special requirements are met;

Luminous parameters:

1. Thermostatic probe (constant temperature point 35 ± 1 degrees, constant temperature accuracy ± 0.1 degrees);

2. V (λ) correction accuracy: CIE standard level (f1 '<0.03);

3. Illumination measurement range: 0.001 lx to 200 klx, with 5 automatic ranges;

4. Maximum testing distance: 2 meters to 30 meters;

5. High stability probe holder with light shielding grating, adjustable high bottom, adjustable up and down and left and right tilt angles;

6. The length of the connection wire for the photometric probe is 20 meters (can be extended if special requirements apply);

Rich software features

1. Control the rotation of the rotary table, collect the light intensity distribution data of the lamps, calculate the photometric data of the lamps and convert the coordinate system;

2. Including spatial light intensity distribution, light intensity distribution curve on any cross-section (which can be displayed in Cartesian or polar coordinate system respectively), spatial equal light intensity curve, planar equal illuminance distribution curve, brightness limit curve, annular luminous flux, glare level, lamp efficiency, effective luminous angle, upper luminous flux ratio, lower luminous flux ratio, total luminous flux of the lamp, effective luminous flux, and utilization factor.

3. Export lighting fixture files that comply with domestic and international standards, which can be directly imported into lighting design software. The format instructions are as follows:

*. HPG Rainbow Spectral Color HPG Series Distribution Spectrophotometer Test Data File Format;

*. IES IESNA North American Standard Format, including 95 and 2002 editions;

*. LDT EULUMDAT German Standard (European) Qualification Document;

*. CIE Commission on Illumination Standard Format;

4. According to the type of tested lamp, such as street lamps and outdoor lamps, indoor lamps or floodlights, output the corresponding printed test results, which can be directly saved as PDF files for easy communication and archiving.

  • Laboratory requirements

1. Test distance: The distance from the detector to the center of rotation of the rotating table, and the appropriate test distance is selected based on the size and angle of the light outlet of the tested lamp. According to CIE's recommended requirements, the general testing distance should be greater than 10 times the maximum exit size, and for lamps with smaller exit angles, it should be greater than 20 times. For lamps with larger angles and sizes, such as 1.5-meter straight tube fluorescent lamps, the ratio should not be less than 5 times.

2. Darkroom size: required to be 2.5 meters (width) x 3 meters (height) x 7.5 meters (length, testing distance+2 meters);

3. Multiple light barrier partitions should be placed between the lamp rotating table and the photometric probe to block stray light (a schematic diagram of the darkroom and partitions can be provided according to the size of the darkroom);

4. The walls, ceiling, and floor of the entire darkroom, as well as the light barrier partition in the middle, are sprayed with matte paint, and the lower the reflectivity, the better;

5. The control room does not need to be painted black and is used to place control cabinets and computers. A door and a small window must be left between the control room and the darkroom for easy operation and observation.

The schematic diagram of the darkroom is as follows:
