The Vickers proportional valve KHDG5V-5-2C100N-X-VM-U1-H1-20 used in the hydraulic system of nuclear power plants is a high-performance electro-hydraulic control component widely used in high-precision and high reliability industrial scenarios. This model has a pilot structure, plate connection, and proportional electromagnetic drive characteristics, suitable for precise flow and direction control of hydraulic oil media in high-pressure environments. The nominal pressure can reach 35MPa, and the working temperature range is wide, meeting the strict requirements of nuclear power plants for equipment stability and safety.

The proportional valve adopts an oil immersed electromagnetic design, and the rotor operates in hydraulic oil, effectively reducing friction and wear, avoiding the risk of oil leakage, and improving the thrust and stability of the sliding column. Even under high-frequency switching conditions, it can maintain low noise and no impact action. Its main material is cast iron, which has good pressure resistance and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for long-term service in complex hydraulic systems.

The Vickers proportional valve series is suitable for applications with a working pressure of 350 bar (5070 psi) and a flow rate of 300 L/min (79 USgpm). These valves are designed to provide controlled oil flow proportional to the command signal, while the spool position feedback provides speed control. Specifications 7 and 8 are equipped with pressure regulators for load compensation. In addition, these valves can be supplied with or without built-in amplifiers directly installed on the valve. The KF/HDG5V-5/7/8 model is supplied without an internal amplifier.
