overcurrent protectionEOCR-SS comes with a two-phase current transformer CT, which can measure the current value of the main circuit of the motor in real time and compare the measured value with the preset overcurrent (OC) setting value, namely the LOAD value. When the operating current value is greater than the LOAD current value and the duration exceeds the overcurrent action time (O-Time) set value, the protector will output a trip signal to cut off the power supply of the motor, thereby preventing damage to the motor due to overload. Its current monitoring range covers 0.5-60A, with an accuracy of ± 2%.
phase loss protectionThe protector can detect the balance status of the three-phase power supply in real time. When a phase loss is detected in the three-phase power supply, the power will be quickly cut off within 0.1 seconds to avoid damage to the motor due to phase loss operation.
locked-rotor protectionWhen the motor experiences stalling, the current will increase sharply, usually ≥ 4 times the set value. At this point, if the duration of the current exceeds the O-Time setting value, the EOCR-SS protector will activate within ≤ 0.1 seconds, cutting off the motor power supply to prevent overheating and damage caused by motor stalling.
Activate delay protectionBy setting the startup delay time (D-Time), the surge current during motor startup can be avoided. During D-Time, even if the motor current is high, the protector will not output a fault signal, thereby reducing the risk of misoperation. The adjustment range of D-Time is 0.5-30 seconds.
