Overview

The EM1401 electromagnetic ultrasonic thickness gauge is used to measure the thickness of steel structures such as steel pipes, steel troughs, and flat steel, as well as aluminum structures and other metal material structures. The EM1401 electromagnetic ultrasonic thickness gauge does not require the use of coupling agents or prior surface treatment during measurement. The operating interval between the sensor and the measured object is up to 6 mm. Rust proof film, salt layer, and any other insulation coating (paint, varnish, enamel, plastic, etc.) can be used as operating intervals.

EM1401Non contact thickness gauges are used to measure the thickness of steel structures such as steel pipes, steel troughs, flat steel, as well as aluminum structures and other metal material structures. No coupling agent is required during measurement, and there is no need for surface treatment in advance. When the sensor is tilted, the test index displayed by the sensor is very reliable. Unlike traditional thickness gauges with piezoelectric converters, this product does not require the sensor to be fixed in a specific position.
