Overview

The EM1301 electromagnetic ultrasonic thickness gauge is used to measure the thickness of steel structures such as steel pipes, flat steel, steel bars, as well as aluminum structures and other metal material structures. No coupling agent is required during measurement, and no surface treatment is needed in advance. The operating interval between the sensor and the tested part is up to 3 mm. Rust proof film, salt layer, and any other insulation coating (paint, varnish, enamel, plastic, etc.) can be used as operating intervals. The signal-to-noise ratio level of EM1301 electromagnetic ultrasonic thickness gauge is higher than EM2210, therefore, when the operating distance is wide, the operational reliability is higher.
