EDX720 maintenance and upkeep

1、 The purpose of EDX inspection and maintenance:
1) Eliminate potential instrument malfunctions and reduce instrument failure rates
2) Improve the sensitivity, accuracy, and other performance of the instrument to enable long-term stable, safe, and efficient operation
3) Extend the service life of the instrument and maximize its effectiveness.
IIEDXThe content of inspection and maintenance:
1) Check if the EDX power supply, ground wire, fan, etc. are working properly
2) Confirm if the X-ray protection device, CCD camera, and sample chamber cover switch are functioning properly
3) Clean the dust inside the EDX and clean the sample table
4) Clean the excess lubricating oil on the spiral rod of the sample chamber
5) Replace the micro switch, O-ring, and spring plate
6) Add liquid nitrogen and confirm if the detector temperature is normal
7) Confirm whether the voltage and current loaded on the X-ray tube are normal, conduct qualitative and quantitative inspections and corrections
8) Check if the computer files are excessive and if there are any abnormalities affecting the opening speed
9) Technical communication with users, training on instrument operation and precautions
10) Based on various inspection contents, issue an instrument inspection report
