YijianDynamic Oral SystemIt is an in vitro biomimetic system designed based on real oral parameters of the human body. Can be used to study the release of chewing activity, nutrients, flavor compounds, and other components of food substrates. The formed food pills can be directly introduced into the dynamic human gastrointestinal digestive system in vitro for further research. The dynamic oral device adopts touch screen operation and PLC system control. By setting parameters such as chewing force and saliva secretion rate, the "food ball" can be obtained, which can be used for analysis and detection or to continue digestion experiments in biomimetic digestive systems.
The dynamic oral device is approximately 87 cm high (including the bottom roller), 75 cm long, 80 cm wide, and weighs approximately 120 kg.
Introduction to Parameters of Dynamic Oral Devices
The machine adopts MCGS touch screen and adopts human-computer interaction mode during use. The operation control system of the biomimetic oral machine is PLC.
Temperature control system: Heating lamps and insulation covers are used to control the operating temperature of the biomimetic oral machine. The experimental temperature can be adjusted from room temperature to 38oC, with a control accuracy of ± 1oC.
dynamicThe oral chewing pressure is set according to the range of human chewing power, and can be set within the range of 0-90N. The actual chewing pressure can reach 5-300N depending on different foods.
dynamicThe oral cavity uses chewing food and saliva immersion simultaneously, and the total amount of saliva added to the food can be adjusted within the range of 0-500mL.
dynamicThe amount of food chewed in the mouth varies from 0-30g depending on the texture of the food.
The rate of simulated saliva input into the biomimetic oral cavity can be regulated within the range of 2-10 mL/min.
