1Diaphragm unwinding system (two sets)

(1)The diaphragm coil is fixed on the inflation shaft, which adopts a cantilever structure and is equipped with a scale;
(2)Using a stepper motor for unwinding, the unwinding speed can be automatically adjusted according to the stacking speed and tension, with functions such as slow, fast, stop, and reverse unwinding;
(3)The tension mechanism can adjust tension and also serve as a buffer device for the diaphragm;
(4)Equipped with an automatic correction controller,High precision correction sensor, diaphragm correction accuracy ≤±0.2mm;
2Material box device
(1)The material box of this device is divided into two types: positive electrode material box and negative electrode material box;
(2)The material box is equipped with a lifting mechanism, which automatically lifts and lowers according to the number of polar pieces in the box, ensuring that the robotic arm picks up the pieces at the same height;
(3)The inner side of the material box is equipped with a blowing device to prevent the pole pieces from sticking together, making it convenient for the robotic arm to take out the pieces and also preventing the suction of multiple pieces;
(4)The positive and negative electrode material boxes are equipped with dust collection devices, which can suck up the dust that falls off the electrode plates and collect it uniformly in the dust collection bag under the machine. The dust collection bag is designed to be detachable for easy dust treatment;
(5)There is a special coating inside the material box of this machine to prevent the pole pieces from being scratched during transportation, ensuring that the pole pieces are not damaged and the surface is free of imprints.

4Polar pre positioning system(Two sets of positive and two sets of negative)
(1)The pre positioning system is divided into two types: negative pre positioning and positive pre positioning, both of which have similar structures;
(2)A pole plate pad is fixed in the middle of the positioning table, which is the same size as the pole plate. There are positioning baffles on each side of the pole plate, two of which are fixed, and the other two baffles can be opened or closed under the action of the positioning cylinder to position the pole plate;
(3)There is a soft rubber on the inside of the positioning block to prevent damage to the pole piece, and the speed can be adjusted;
(4)The positioning plate is customized according to the pole piece size provided by the customer;
(5)When the specifications of the polarizer change, within the adjustable range, only the polarizer pad needs to be replaced;
(6)Equipped with a dust cover, dust is collected and processed centrally to avoid secondary pollution.

5Stacking table(Two sets)
(1)The laminating table is used to stack the positive and negative electrodes and separators transported by the robotic arm;
(2)The lifting of the pressure knife is controlled by two sets of cylinders, ensuring that the pressure knife is tightened when stacking and relaxed when pulling out, without damaging the diaphragm, and the pole piece has no indentation;
(3)The pressure knife is made of powder metallurgy material and specially processed, and can be used for a long time without deformation;

6Battery cell extraction system(Two sets)
