A dual-purpose temperature controller for both heating and cooling is a temperature control machine that can complete both heating and cooling. It is divided into a heating part and a cooling part. The pump drives the heat transfer medium from the oil tank equipped with a built-in heater to the temperature control device, and then returns from the temperature control device to the oil tank. The controller adjusts the temperature of the hot fluid based on the temperature measured by the temperature sensor or the internal temperature of the temperature control device. When the temperature measured by the temperature sensor is lower than the set temperature, the heating element of the heating part heats up, and when the temperature measured by the temperature sensor is higher than the set temperature, the cooling part cools down.

Cold and hot dual-purpose mold warming machine is also known as rapid cooling and rapid heating mold warming machine. The forming process of the cooling part of the dual-purpose mold temperature machine casting film mainly involves the distance from the mold head lip to the tangent point between the molten film and the casting roll, with a small air gap, short residence time of the molten resin in the air, low heat loss, and high film temperature at the contact point of the mold temperature machine, resulting in good composite fastness; However, if the air gap is too large, the molten resin will remain in the air for a long time, resulting in significant heat loss. At the contact point, the film mold temperature will be low, and the composite fastness will be poor. But during extrusion compounding, the resin needs to be oxidized using the air gap. In the air gap section, the molten resin undergoes an oxidation reaction with oxygen in the air, producing polar genes such as C=O, thus improving the bonding strength with the substrate.
