A dual-purpose drying and cultivation box is a testing equipment used in aviation, automotive, home appliances, laboratory, scientific research and other fields to test and determine the parameters and performance of electrical, electronic and other products and materials after high-temperature testing. It can also be used for drying and high-temperature baking of electronic products, components, plastic products and other products.
Structural characteristics of the dual-purpose drying and cultivation box:
1. Digital microcomputer temperature controller with timing function;
2. Adopting a mirror stainless steel inner liner, the four corner semi-circular arc is easy to clean, and the spacing between the partitions inside the box is adjustable;
3. Forced warm air circulation design ensures uniform temperature in the studio;
4. Adopting silicone rubber sealing strips and double-layer glass observation windows for easy and clear observation;
5. Using ultra-fine glass fiber to fill the insulation area, non-metallic high-temperature resistant materials are used at the connection between the inner and outer bile ducts, effectively reducing temperature conduction;
6. There is a high-temperature resistant sealing strip between the door and the shell, effectively ensuring the sealing of the studio.
