　　3、 Notice before use

1. Please read this manual and the integrated meter manual for temperature control/constant speed/time/combination carefully before use.

2. The working surface of the machine should not be excessively smooth (such as tiles, etc.).

3. The electrical rated parameters of the socket provided by the user should not be less than the electrical rated parameters of the machine, and there should be good grounding measures.

4. The whole machine is strictly prohibited from being used in an environment with direct sunlight.

5. Constant speed setting, smooth operation, easy and safe operation.

6. The machine may experience some displacement during high-speed oscillation, so it should be monitored by someone during use.

　　Instructions for use:

1. Load the test bottle and maintain balance. For dual function models, set the oscillation mode, reciprocating or rotating.

2. Connect the power and set the timing according to the upper section of the machine instrument panel.

3. Turn on the power switch and set the constant temperature:

1. Timer function

When the total timer time (remaining time) is set to "0", it indicates that there is no timer function, the remaining time is displayed in the OFF state, and the controller runs continuously; When the set time is not "0", the (remaining time) system displays the remaining timer time, stops running after the countdown ends, the speed display area shows "End", and the buzzer beeps for 1 minute. Click the 'Run/Stop' button to restart the controller.

2. Start and Stop

Long press the 'Run/Stop' button for 1 second to start or stop the controller operation.

3. Gate control function

If the door is opened during operation, the controller automatically stops the motor running, and then closes the door switch, the controller automatically starts the motor running.

4. If no key is pressed within 1 minute in the set state, the controller will automatically return to the normal display state.

5. When the upper deviation exceeds the temperature alarm, the "ALM" alarm lights up and the buzzer sounds;

When the deviation exceeds the temperature alarm, the "ALM" alarm lights up and the buzzer sounds. When the buzzer sounds, press any key to silence it.

6. When the controller experiences a power module malfunction and stalling fault, the speed controller automatically stops running.

　　6、 Temperature and its parameter settings

1. Click the "Temperature" button to enter the temperature setting state. The temperature display area shows a selection of positions, which can be modified to the desired setting value through the shift, increase, and decrease buttons; Click the "Temperature" button again to exit the temperature setting state, and the set value will be automatically saved.

2. Long press the "Temperature" button for 3 seconds, and the display area will show a prompt for entering a password. Enter the password value in the display area to enter the temperature internal parameter setting state, and then click the "Temperature" button to modify various parameters. Press and hold the "Temperature" button for 3 seconds to exit this state, and the parameter values will be automatically saved.

5. Cut off the power after work is completed.

6. Clean the machine and keep it clean.

1. Instruments should be placed on a sturdy workbench, with a clean and tidy environment and good ventilation.

2. The power socket provided by the user should have good grounding measures.

3. It is strictly prohibited to move the machine during normal operation.

4. It is strictly prohibited for objects to collide with the machine.

5. Children are strictly prohibited from approaching the machine to prevent accidents.

6. Before replacing the fuse, ensure that the power supply has been cut off.

7. After use, please clean the machine without leaving any water droplets or dirt residue.
