3、 Notice before use

1. Please read this manual carefully before use.

2. The working surface of the machine should not be excessively smooth (such as tiles, etc.).

3. The electrical rated parameters of the socket provided by the user should not be less than the electrical rated parameters of the machine, and there should be good grounding measures.

4. The whole machine is strictly prohibited from being used in an environment with direct sunlight.

5. Set the speed according to the instructions. The speed has a call recovery function.

6. The machine may experience some displacement during high-speed oscillation, so it should be monitored by someone during use.

4、 Instructions for use:

1. Load the test bottle and maintain balance. If it is a dual function model, set the oscillation mode. (For detailed settings, please refer to the final instrument control panel diagram)

2. Connect the power and work according to the required time. Set the speed again

3. Turn on the power switch and set the constant temperature: To set the temperature, press the image.png key to set or view the temperature setting point. The character will start flashing, indicating that the instrument has entered the set state. Press image.png to increase, shift the image-png key or image-png to decrease, set the desired set temperature value, and then press the image-png key to return to standard mode. The heating indicator light will start to light up.

3. Press and hold for three seconds while working to enter the timer setting mode and set the timer time.

Down key (self-tuning key): Used as a decrease key in the setting state, long press for three seconds in the working state to enter self-tuning mode.

Up button: The high temperature alarm light is located at the bottom right corner. When it is on, it indicates that the high temperature has exceeded the limit, and when it is off, it indicates that the high temperature has not exceeded the limit.

Indicator light information:

AT light: The upper left is the self-tuning indicator light, flashing indicates self-tuning, off indicates normal working status.

TIMER light: The timing indicator light is located in the upper right corner. If it is off, it means the timer is turned off, and if it is on, it means the timer is turned on and working.

OUT light: The lower left is the heating indicator light. When it is on, it indicates heating, and when it is off, it indicates stopping heating.

ALM light: The high temperature alarm light is located in the lower right corner. When it is on, it indicates that the high temperature has exceeded the limit, and when it is off, it indicates that the high temperature has not exceeded the limit.

5、 Activate the oscillation device:

(1) Turn on the oscillation switch on the control panel, and the indicator light will turn on.

(2) Set the oscillation speed to the desired oscillation frequency. (Constant speed display)

(3) Cut off the power after work and set the temperature control to the low point.

(4) Clean the machine and keep it clean.

6、 Precautions

1. Instruments should be placed on a sturdy workbench, with a clean and tidy environment and good ventilation.

2. The power socket provided by the user should have good grounding measures.

3. It is strictly prohibited to move the machine during normal operation.

4. It is strictly prohibited for objects to collide with the machine.

5. Children are strictly prohibited from approaching the machine to prevent accidents.

6. Before replacing the fuse, make sure that the power supply has been cut off.

7. After use, please clean the machine without leaving any water droplets or dirt residue.
