The dual frequency damping isolation optical platform introduces a dual frequency damping isolation system, which has more reasonable rigidity, smaller natural frequency, and better isolation performance.
Structurally, it adopts an R-type dual frequency damping isolation system, an integral welded bracket (with casters), and a SUS430 ferromagnetic stainless steel tabletop with an overall height of 800mm, divided into two parts: the bracket and the tabletop.
The overall tabletop is a three-layer sandwich honeycomb structure, using welding technology (non adhesive technology), without any problems such as looseness, cracking, or detachment. The upper surface material is SUS430 ferromagnetic stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance.
The thickness is designed to be 100/200/300mm according to the size, with good hard to weight ratio and rigidity. The tabletop adopts precision grinding technology, and the flatness of the tabletop reaches 0.02~0.05mm/600mm × 600mm,
The spacing between M6 threaded holes is 25mm × 25mm, which facilitates the installation of various sliding tables and adjustment frames.
