1. Mica components with a thickness of 1.5mm have a pressure greater than 16MPa, those with a thickness of 2mm have a pressure greater than 25MPa, and those with a thickness of 2.5mm have a pressure greater than 32MPa. The specific thickness of the components to be prepared is determined based on user requirements and the size and pressure of the power plant's mechanical and electrical components.

2. The length error of mica sheets used for water level gauges shall not exceed 0.5mm, and the width error shall not exceed 0.3mm. The mica sheet error of bullseye circular water level gauges shall not exceed 0.2mm, and the thickness of each sheet shall be within 0.1-0.25mm.

3. The surface of mica flakes must be free of impurities, scratches, spots, sand holes, delamination, and ripples, and must be transparent and have good clarity.

4. The burrs inside and outside the mica sheet shall not exceed 3mm, the length of the beveled edge shall not exceed 8mm, and each sheet shall not have more than 2 locations.

5. A small amount of spots, bubbles, and slight ripples are allowed to exist within the protective layer within a range of 6mm from the edge, but fuzzing, fractures, and severe stems are not allowed. Slight knife marks, red and green threads are allowed within the usage area, but no bubbles or spots of any shape are allowed.
