To test whether the performance of a vacuum pump is stable, the so-called pumping speed is slow and lacks power. If a pump has a pumping capacity of 100M3/H, but after working for a period of time, it can only pump 80M3/H, it means that the pumping is slow, which directly affects the work efficiency.

How to solve the problem of slow pumping of AiFaKe vacuum pump?
1. Replace the sealing gasket, replace the vacuum pump oil, and replace the oil seal.
2. Precautions for regular maintenance of vacuum pumps: Generally, after 2000 hours of operation, the vacuum pump should be inspected for aging of rubber seals, cracking of exhaust valve plates, and cleaning of dirt deposited on valve plates and exhaust valve seats. Clean all parts inside the vacuum pump chamber, such as rotors, rotors, springs, etc. Usually cleaned with gasoline and dried. After cleaning the rubber parts, dry them with a dry cloth. Conditional cleaning should also be carried out in the pipeline to ensure smooth flow.
