The DM165 lawn mower is a double drum lawn mower. Each drum has three lawn mowers that can be quickly replaced with simple tools. The grass cut by the knife is placed between two drums in a loose place. Three triangular belts transmit power to the input gear shaft and then to the main drive shaft, driving the drum through the bevel gear.

There is a separation device on the drum lawn mower that automatically runs when it encounters an obstacle. This can protect the drum from damage.
