The air dryer is used in conjunction with the cleaning and sterilization production line, and is placed at the rear of the cleaning and sterilization line. Specially suitable for drying bagged products such as sterilized high and low temperature meat and vegetable products.
Principle of Flip Cooling Drain Machine Equipment
The air dryer adopts a high air volume and low-noise fan for natural air drying. The air dryer is designed for multiple flipping and conveying, and has a reverse wind device to prevent the occurrence of drying dead corners. The air dryer has a good drying effect, and the equipment adopts variable frequency conveying with adjustable speed for smooth conveying.
1. After cleaning and sterilization, there are a large number of residual water droplets on the outer packaging. The air dryer effectively removes the water droplets on the surface of the material, greatly shortening the preparation work for labeling and packaging. It is suitable for assembly line operation and improves the automation level of enterprise production.
2. Flip type air dryer Compared with traditional drying and water removal methods, the air dryer is easy to operate and convenient to use (just connect the power supply to use)! The water removal rate is high (over 99%), and there is no scale pollution on the surface of the packaging.
3. After removing water, the air dryer can be directly packed into boxes. The air dryer can achieve continuous operation (used in conjunction with a continuous sterilization machine). Simply place the sterilized products on the conveyor belt, and the airflow generated by the air dryer is sprayed out through the nozzle. The drying air temperature is at room temperature, and the air dryer effectively protects the color and quality of the material itself. So as to achieve the effect of removing water, oil stains, scale, etc. from the packaging, it can be packed and stored.
