The RS-1 two-stage oil-free vacuum pump is a vacuum pump that can operate without using oil as a sealing and lubricating medium. This type of pump is typically used in applications that require maintaining a clean environment, as they do not introduce oil vapor or mist, thereby avoiding contamination of the pumped gas or working environment. A two-stage oil-free vacuum pump achieves the required vacuum degree through two levels of mechanical action, usually with higher pumping efficiency and better vacuum performance than a single-stage pump.

The dual stage oil-free vacuum pump for laboratory refrigeration and refrigerant drying oven can be used independently or for vacuum drying, freeze-drying, vacuum degassing, vacuum packaging, vacuum adsorption, vacuum forming, coating, food packaging, printing, sputtering, vacuum casting, instrument and meter matching, refrigerator, air conditioning assembly line, laboratory and other vacuum operations and supporting uses.

A two-stage vacuum pump, comprising a pump body and suction and exhaust ports provided on the pump body, a front stage vacuum pump and a rear stage vacuum pump composed of a rotor with blade grooves and blades installed in the pump body, characterized in that the pump bodies of the front stage vacuum pump and the rear stage vacuum pump are independent of each other, and the front stage vacuum pump is equipped with two exhaust ports, one of which is equipped with a one-way valve, and the other exhaust port is directly connected to the suction port of the rear stage vacuum pump on the end cover between them.

Scope of application:

l. The 2X vacuum pump is one of the basic equipment for gas extraction. It can be used alone or connected with ultra-high vacuum pumps such as booster pumps, diffusion pumps, and molecular pumps as a front-end pump. It is widely used in electronic device manufacturing, vacuum drying, filtration, impregnation, coating, welding, smelting, and laboratory equipment.

The 2.2X vacuum pump is allowed to operate for a long time under the condition of an ambient temperature range of 5 ℃ to 40 ℃ and an inlet pressure of less than 10 Torr. When the relative temperature of the extracted gas is greater than 90%, the gas damper should be opened.

The continuous operation of the 3.2X vacuum pump with the air inlet open shall not exceed 3 minutes.

4.2X vacuum pump is not suitable for extracting gases that corrode metals, react chemically with pump oil, contain particulate dust, as well as gases with high oxygen content, explosiveness, and toxicity.
