2. There are few outdoor units, and generally one outdoor unit can carry 7-8 fan coil units, meeting the overall air conditioning requirements;

3. The indoor unit adopts fan coil units, which have low noise and operate quietly;

4. By using an electromagnetic three-way valve, the fan coil unit can be flexibly controlled to start;

5. Due to the large number of family rooms and low usage factor, the outdoor unit model can be appropriately reduced, which is similar to the function of a frequency converter;

6. The operating power of the external unit depends on the number of fan coil units turned on. When fewer fan coil units are used, the external unit operates at less power to achieve energy conservation.

Disadvantages of water-cooled machines:

1. High cost and large initial investment;

2. When air conditioning is not used for heating in winter, the unit still needs to be powered on to prevent freezing;

3. There are many attachments, such as water replenishment valves, exhaust valves, etc. Some models also need to install expansion tanks to increase leakage points;

4. The outdoor unit has a large size and weight, and is not suitable for use in units with more than 2 floors or apartment style residences.
