1. Mix polyurethane material A with material B in the specified ratio and stir evenly before use. Small area coating can be carried out with a paint brush; For large-area coating, you can first use a paint brush dipped in primer to evenly apply it to complex areas such as internal and external corners, pipe roots, etc., and then use a long handle roller brush for large-area coating construction. The glue should be applied evenly, not too thick or too thin, and it is not allowed to expose the white or bottom. After applying the primer, it must be dried for at least 24 hours before the waterproof coating can be applied.
2. According to the required amount for construction, polyurethane materials A and B should be evenly mixed according to the specified ratio before use. After the base adhesive is basically cured and dried, use a plastic or rubber scraper to evenly apply a layer of coating. It is required to be uniform and not too thick or too thin, with a suitable thickness of about 1.5mm. When starting to apply scraping, the construction retreat and scraping sequence should be considered uniformly based on the size, shape, and environment of the construction area. Within 24-72 hours of curing of the first coat (based on non stick touch), apply a second coat of coating on its surface, and the direction of the coating must be perpendicular to the direction of the first coat. Before the second coating is cured, evenly sprinkle clean yellow sand (with a diameter of 2mm) on its surface.
3. After the coating is cured, a water storage test should be conducted. If there is no leakage after 24 hours, the surface layer can be laid.
