1、 Product Introduction

It can perform concentration, distillation, reflux, separation, and purification reactions under constant speed, constant force, and constant temperature conditions. It is an ideal instrument and equipment for teaching, experimentation, pilot testing, and production.
2、 Working principle
Inject a constant temperature (high or low temperature) hot solution or coolant through the model interlayer to heat or cool the materials inside the reaction vessel at a constant temperature, and provide stirring. The material undergoes a reaction in the reactor and the evaporation and reflux of the reaction solution can be controlled. After the reaction is complete, the material can be released from the discharge port at the bottom of the reactor, making the operation extremely convenient. It is an ideal equipment for modern chemical sampling, petrochemicals, medium scale experiments, biopharmaceuticals, and new material synthesis.

1. The reactor body is made of high borosilicate glass (GG-17 material), which has excellent physical and chemical properties. The bottle body is transparent and the reaction liquid material is visible.
2. The main body adopts a stainless steel frame and aluminum alloy material, which is beautiful, sturdy, and corrosion-resistant.
3. Stainless steel stirring rod wrapped in PTFE, suitable for stirring various solvents, pollution-free and corrosion-resistant.
4. Electric stirring, smooth operation, high torque, no sparks, long service life.
5. Polytetrafluoroethylene components+mechanical seals, ceramic bearings, proprietary technology, can ensure good vacuum degree and long service life.
6. This product can be equipped with an explosion-proof frequency converter with dual digital displays for speed and temperature (which can display the temperature inside the kettle). The speed can be set by adjusting the speed knob, which is intuitive and convenient; Also equipped with a temperature probe (PT100) for measuring the temperature inside the kettle.
7. The overall structure is compact and reasonable, equipped with brake universal wheels that can move as a whole and are easy to operate.
8. Glass inclined feeding valve can effectively reduce mixing dead corners and facilitate feeding.
9. This product is equipped with a vacuum display function, allowing for the selection of appropriate working vacuum levels for high boiling point materials.
