Working principle

The SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryer is a double cone rotary tank body. Inside the tank, steam or hot water is introduced into the jacket for heating under vacuum, and the heat contacts the wet material through the inner wall of the tank body. The water vapor evaporated from wet materials after absorbing heat. It is extracted through a vacuum pump and a vacuum exhaust pipe. Due to the vacuum state inside the tank and the continuous up and down, internal and external flipping of the material caused by the rotation of the tank, the drying speed of the material is accelerated, the drying efficiency is improved, and the goal of uniform drying is achieved.
