Maintenance and upkeep of the mixing machine

1. The machinery should be placed in a ventilated position to ensure the heat dissipation of the motor and extend its lifespan.

2. Regularly check if the belt is loose by moving the motor outward until the belt is tightened.

3. Regularly add butter to the bearings to ensure lubrication between them.

4. If any faults are found during mechanical operation, the machine must be shut down and the power supply disconnected before handling.

5. Before running the machine, check whether the screws of the slurry blades in the bucket are loose. If they are loose, tighten them.

6. Do not mix tools, hard objects, or strips into the bucket.
